This was the first workshop I have taken at MudFire. It was the best
organized and best workshop I can ever remember taking! Great
atmosphere and lots of fun, too. I enjoyed meeting the many artists
who attended the workshop and made a few new friends. I highly
recommend MudFire to anyone who is interested in workshops AND to
anyone who doesn't have a studio of their own. I didn't snap any
photos of the main working area, but in hindsight I should have. The
area is clean, the supplies are plentiful and it is well-run. Kudos
to MudFire owners Erik & Luba!
Even if you're not interested in a workshop (yet) or taking
advantage of the studio, be sure to find out when the Gallery is

Liz currently resides in Western North Carolina with her husband,
Scott
Summerfield and daughter Roby Leigh. They both work out of their
studios located at their home in Bakersville, North Carolina.
