David Belle Isle, Candidate, State Senate District 56 (R)

About David

David Belle Isle is an active member of his community. He currently serves on the City Council of Alpharetta, where he has worked to synchronize traffic signals, freeze property tax assessments, and revitalize Downtown Alpharetta.  There, he has also fought against state intervention, increased budgets and the acceptance of stimulus and earmark dollars.

A native Atlantan, David Belle Isle is a dedicated husband and father. He and his wife, Candice, are very happy to be a part of the North Fulton community with their two children, Colton and Kayley.

Prior to beginning the practice of law, David graduated from the University of Georgia, where he received a degree in Marketing.  He later graduated from Georgia State University with a law degree and an MBA.

A small business owner, David started Belle Isle Law Group, LLC in 2007 as a solo practice with no staff.  Today, he has grown that firm to six members with a full staff on one of the most prominent corners in North Fulton.  His firm proudly serves Atlanta’s premier banks, businesses, and real estate owners.  For his efforts, David was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2009.

A big part of David’s life is North Point Community Church, where he has been an active member. There, David has led, coached, and participated in small groups for over ten years.  David and Candice have also been faithful supporters of YoungLife Ministries, a national ministry designed to impact the lives of teenagers. Additionally, David is proud to serve on the Advisory Board of Reinhardt College where he hopes to increase the education opportunities in the North Fulton area.

A proud Conservative, David wants to return the Republican Party back to its core principles and away from the practice of transactional politics.
